Ginger Lemon Pomona Mocktail

Serves: 1 | Total Time: 10 minutes

 

Ingredients

1/4 crystallized ginger, for rim

2 tsp sea salt, for rim

2 oz. grapefruit juice

Juice from 1 large lemon

4 oz. Health-Ade Ginger Lemon Kombucha

2 oz. club soda, optional

Grapefruit wheel or wedge, for garnish

Directions

  1. Place candied ginger and salt in a food processor and blend until like a fine powder.

  2. Run a lemon wedge around the rim of a glass. Dip the glass in the salt ginger mixture to coat. Put a handful of ice cubes into the glass.

  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine grapefruit juice, lemon juice, kombucha, and a handful of crushed ice. Very gently, shake and strain into the glass.

  4. Top with club soda if desired. Place garnish and enjoy!
