Turmeric Chai Smoothie Bowl
 

Yields: approx. 2 cups | Prep. Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 15 minutes

 

Ingredients

1/4 cup oatmilk

2 tbsp chai tea

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp almond butter

1 1/2 cup frozen banana

(Optional toppings: fresh banana, turmeric, cinnamon, cocao nibs)

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients (except for toppings) until fully combined and ice cream consistency.

  2. Pour into a bowl and add toppings. Enjoy!
