Thanks for shopping at Uncle Deans Natural Market! Our goal is to make sure you have a rewarding experience while viewing and shopping for our products, whether you’re at our retail location or online store.

With our secure, 24/7 online ordering service, you can shop with us at your convenience any time day or night.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMEFRAMES & PICK-UP WINDOW

Orders for Pick-Up at the store that are placed between 8:00am-4:30pm EST Monday-Friday and 9:00am-3:30pm EST Saturday will be ‘picked’ and processed same day. You will be able to select a window for pick-up during check-out and will receive text and email notifications regarding your order status, including when it’s ready for you to pick up.

THIRD PARTY PICKUPS

You may designate a third party to pick-up your order. When checking out online, please include the name and phone number of the third party person in the “Notes” section. Uncle Deans is not responsible for actions taken by a third party once your order has been picked up.

RETURNS

All returns, refunds, and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of date of purchase. Sale of books, magazines, cards, and items from the discount shelf are FINAL SALE. Supplements and Health & Beauty items will not be accepted for return if the seal is broken or otherwise tampered with.

Other items that CANNOT be returned: Refrigerated and frozen items, special orders, and books.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & LIMITATIONS

Our webstore is a limited selection of what we have in store due to various constraints. If you are looking for something that we don’t have listed on our online store you can use the “Can’t find something?” button during checkout to give a description of the product, including product name, brand, size and other details so we can do our best to include the item in your order if we have it available in-store. Given the current supply-chain shortages, product availability may be inconsistent. Everyone from manufacturers, to distributors, to trucking companies is experiencing significant disruption. We are working day-in-day-out to keep our shelves stocked with all of your favorite products, but for some products there are no available ETAs.

ONLINE PURCHASE OF BULK & PRODUCE

Bulk and produce items sold online have standard weight profiles that allow them to be ordered in increments as close to how they appear on the shelf as possible. While we pick your order, we will do our best to find items that are within a reasonable range of the ordered item. If the item picked is less than or greater than the price of the online order, your final total will be adjusted, including giving credit or requiring additional payment as necessary.

PRICING AND CORRECTIONS

Uncle Deans Natural Market reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Uncle Deans Natural Market online store at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

In the case of an error on a product price, you will be called to confirm the corrected price (if the corrected price is higher than the price displayed on the online store). Upon your approval, the adjustment will be made to your payment.

COUPON USAGE

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept manufacturer coupons online at this time.

GIFT CARD USAGE

Unfortunately, we are unable to apply gift cards through our online store. However, if you select the "Pay at Pick-up" option while checking out online, we will be able to apply any balance of a gift card at the time of payment.

PHONE ORDERS

Phone orders are held to the same restrictions as the Uncle Deans Natural Market online orders as stated above.
